Whole Body Health Just Steps Away
Live Well at Citi on-site medical clinics can be your one-stop shop to cover many common health care needs, including primary care, treatment for short-term illness and preventive screenings. Plus, many services are free or low cost and available during work hours at your building, if applicable, saving you time and money.
At the Live Well at Citi on-site clinics, you can receive the following services at no cost to you, regardless of medical plan enrollment:
- A biometric screening, so you know your health care numbers
- Annual well exams and preventive screenings
- Vaccinations for flu and other common needs
- Travel medicine for business or personal needs
The on-site clinics are also home to your mental health counseling provided through the Be Well Program, to help make getting mental health care easily accessible.
You can also receive routine primary care for other needs, like sick visits, and the cost, if any, varies based on your medical plan enrollment with Citi:
- If you’re enrolled in the Choice Plan or In-network Only Plan, primary care visits are free.
- If you’re enrolled in the High Deductible Plan with HSA, you’ll pay a small fee for primary care services until you meet your deductible; once you’ve met your deductible, all primary care visits are free.
- If you are not enrolled in one of Citi’s medical plans, you’ll pay a small fee for primary care visits.

More Options for No-Cost/Low-Cost Health Care
In addition to our on-site medical clinics, Citi offers two additional options for free health care services to certain Citi employees:
- In partnership with our medical clinic provider, Premise Health, employees in certain states* have access to free remote video appointments with a health care provider during regular clinic business hours. Use the My Premise Health portal to create a login and schedule a virtual telehealth appointment at your convenience. All Citi employees residing in eligible states* — regardless of medical plan enrollment — can use this benefit.
- In addition, Citi also offers employees enrolled in a medical plan and their covered dependents access to many services for free at MinuteClinic and HealthHUB centers (available in select CVS pharmacies). These facilities provide convenient, same-day treatment options for minor conditions like ear infections, rashes, minor burns and cold or flu symptoms. If enrolled in the In-network Only Plan or Choice Plan, you won't pay anything for many MinuteClinic or HealthHUB services.** For the High Deductible Plan with HSA, you pay $0 after meeting the plan deductible.* Use the online locators to find a MinuteClinic or HealthHUB near you.
*This benefit is only for Citi employees who reside in FL, KY, MO, OH, NJ, NY and TX. Care is free if enrolled in the Choice Plan or In-network Only Plan. If you’re enrolled in the High Deductible Plan with HSA, you’ll pay a copay until you meet your deductible, after which care will be free. If you do not have medical coverage through Citi, you’ll pay a copay.
